These types of temperature sensors can measure the outside air temperature. The sensing elements of the units are either high-quality thermistors, nickel, or platinum. The sensor element is housed in a stainless steel cap on the TT-O, which should be mounted on a north-facing wall in a protected area.
The-CVO active output option combines four pre-set ranges with a selectable output mode, unique output range scaling, and enables a variety of outputs and ranges on a single unit.
