Features
- Mode of operation The actuator is controlled by means of a standard control signal DC 0 ... 10 V. It opens to the position dictated by this signal. The measuring voltage U allows the damper position (0 ... 100%) to be electrically indicated and serves as a follow-up control signal for other actuators.
- Simple direct mounting Simple direct mounting on the damper spindle with a universal spindle clamp, supplied with an anti-rotation strap to prevent the actuator from rotating.
- Manual override Manual operation is possible with the self-resetting pushbutton (the gearing latch remains disengaged as long as the pushbutton is pressed).
- Adjustable angle of rotation Adjustable angle of rotation with mechanical end stops.
- High functional reliability The actuator is overload-proof, requires no limit switches and automatically stops when the end stop is reached.
The Belimo NM24A-SR damper actuator is a versatile and reliable solution for controlling airflow in HVAC systems. With its IP54 rating and manual override with push-button, this actuator is built to withstand harsh conditions and provide easy operation.
The actuator features a control range of DC 0-10V and an adjustable auxiliary switch, making it easy to fine-tune the airflow to your specific needs. The actuator also features a reversible rotation and a mechanical integral angle of rotation limit. The spindle driver is a universal spindle clamp and is powered by a nominal voltage of AC 24V or DC 24V, with a power consumption of 2W during operation and 0.4W at rest. The actuator is also equipped with a 1m PVC cable and a 4VA wire sizing.
It has a torque of 10 Nm at nominal voltage and its control signal Y is DC 0 ... 10 V, typical input impedance 100 kΩ. It also comes with position feedback and accuracy of ±5%. It has a maximum rotation angle of 95° and it is maintenance free.
With a weight of 800g, it is light weight and easy to install. It is also CE certified according to 89/336/EEC and is suitable for ambient temperature range of -30 to +50°C. This Belimo NM24A-SR damper actuator is a highly efficient and durable solution for controlling airflow in HVAC systems.
