Introducing the Dwyer SERIES 2000 Magnehelic® Gauges, the perfect solution for measuring low differential pressure with high accuracy and versatility. With a wide range of 81 models and 27 options to choose from, this gage is suitable for various applications, including filter monitoring, blower vacuum monitoring, and clean room pressure indication.
The SERIES 2000 Magnehelic® Gage is designed with Dwyer's frictionless Magnehelic® gage movement, ensuring quick and accurate readings of air or non-corrosive gas pressures, whether positive, negative (vacuum), or differential. Its patented design allows for a quick response to pressure changes, minimizing delays in assessing critical situations.
Constructed with a durable and rugged die-cast aluminum case and bezel, this gage is weatherproof to IP67 and resistant to shock, vibration, and over-pressures. Its exterior finish is coated with gray, ensuring its durability even in a 168-hour salt spray corrosion test.
The housing features a 4-inch diameter dial face with an undistorted plastic face, making it easy to read from a distance. The SERIES 2000 Magnehelic® Gage has a diaphragm in a vertical position, and the process connections feature 1/8-inch female NPT duplicate high and low-pressure taps on both sides and the back. The gage comes with standard accessories, including two 1/8-inch NPT plugs for duplicate pressure taps, two 1/8-inch pipe thread to rubber tubing adapters, and three flush mounting adapters with screws.
For increased accuracy, customers can select the -HA High Accuracy Magnehelic® gage option, which provides an accuracy within 1% of full scale. The -HA option comes with a mirrored scale overlay and a 6-point calibration certificate, all included at no extra cost. With this option, the gage's accuracy is twice that of the standard Magnehelic® gage.
